Air Wing Engineering is proud to be associated with the renowned Thalassa brand, having executed the centralized air conditioning system for their new outlet, Thalassa Express, at Mopa Airport, Goa.

Air Wing Engineering re-designed and re-constructed the centralized air conditioning system for the casino and coffee shop, effectively resolving previous issues of uneven cooling and significantly enhancing overall comfort and efficiency at chances casinos.

Operating 24x7 throughout the year, Goa’s Big Daddy Casino Cruise Ship presented a unique challenge—its chilled water air conditioning system had to be modified without shutting down operations. Additionally, several chilled water valves were either non-functional or could not be shut off, making direct modifications difficult. To address this, our team developed and installed a customized control system for the ship’s AHUs (Air Handling Units). This system enabled a chilled water coil bypass, allowing precise temperature control without disrupting casino activities.

Air Wing Engineering proudly served as the trusted partner for the operation and maintenance of the centralised air conditioning systems at the largest hospital in Goa. This engagement, spanning from 2014 to 2018, demonstrated our commitment to excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Our dedication to quality was further recognized with an additional one-year contract extension, awarded due to our outstanding performance.
Scope of Work
Our responsibilities encompassed comprehensive operation and maintenance services, ensuring the uninterrupted functionality of the hospital's critical air conditioning infrastructure. Key aspects of the scope included:
1.Round-the-Clock Service:
- Ensuring 24/7 availability to address any issues promptly.
- Providing immediate solutions to maintain optimal indoor air quality and comfort for patients, staff, and visitors.
2.Preventive Maintenance:
- Conducting regular inspections and servicing to prevent potential breakdowns.
- Ensuring all equipment operated at peak efficiency and complied with industry standards.
3.Routine Maintenance:
- Performing scheduled maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Addressing wear and tear, ensuring seamless operations at all times.

This project involved designing a custom air conditioning solution for a 15-meter-long bulk box printing machine that required a strictly controlled temperature environment between 22°C and 25°C. One of the key challenges was managing the machine’s variable heat dissipation, which fluctuated significantly during operation. Our solution involved an automated HVAC control system, ensuring precise temperature regulation, energy efficiency, and uninterrupted performance tailored to the machine’s operational needs.

At Zydus, Air Wing Engineering successfully replaced the heat exchangers of the AHU units, improving system efficiency and overall performance.
