Located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, this project involved the design and installation of a metal-free cleanroom adhering to ISO-6 (Class 1000) standards.
Completed in 2021, the project posed unique challenges due to its location in a heritage building, requiring minimal structural modifications.
Additionally, height constraints in the conditioned space had to be managed with innovative design solutions to maintain an optimal ceiling height.
The HVAC system was engineered to function seamlessly across extreme temperatures,
ranging from 2°C in winter to 45°C in summer, while ensuring 24x7x365 operation with automated fault detection and system redundancy.
